A?coupling is a simple pipe joiner that allows for lengthening pipes in?the pest free frames.?

The Pest Free Maxi has components to make a 1m wide and deep frame.? If your bed is slightly longer eg. 1.1 or 1.2m then you could use a coupling to extend with some pipe. The longer you make the pipe, the more it is likely to bow when the net is stretched over it.?

If you need a wider frame than 1.2m consider these 1 options:
1. Instead of using a coupling, use the so that you can have an upright piece to support the span.?

2.?The strongest method would be to split the space into 2 separate frames. eg. a 1.5m bed gets divided into 2 PestFree Maxi Frames at 75cm wide each.?

In our beds we keep everything in 1m wide sizes as this is the easiest to handle.?

A coupling is also good if you have made a mistake when cutting the pipe and need to join it again.?
